These terms describe use of FuturoATS, operated by FuturoStack Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore. They are an initial draft for review together with any applicable agency service agreement.
Access and agency responsibilities
FuturoATS is for recruitment agencies and their invited staff. Use an account assigned to you, protect your credentials, and follow your agency's access rules. Agency administrators manage invitations and workspace permissions. Let your administrator and [email protected] know if you suspect unauthorized access.
Only upload, use, export, or share candidate and client information you are authorized to handle. Your agency is responsible for recruitment notices, permissions, data accuracy, and disclosure to hiring clients. Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, unauthorized screening, harassment, malware, or attempts to access another workspace.
Recruiting content and AI
Your agency and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in uploaded content. FuturoStack may process it to operate and support the service. Access to the software does not transfer ownership of FuturoATS or its underlying components.
Review information and AI-generated responses before relying on them. The service does not guarantee candidate suitability, a placement, or a hiring outcome. Agency staff remain responsible for recruitment decisions and for authorizing any personal information submitted to AI chat.
Subscriptions and billing
Where a paid subscription or credit purchase applies, the selected checkout terms or your agency agreement set the applicable price, renewal, limits, and cancellation arrangements. Authorized administrators should review those terms before purchasing. This page does not introduce a free trial, refund promise, or new fee.
Availability and ending access
We may update the service, carry out maintenance, or restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, or breaches of an applicable agreement. Contact your agency administrator about removing staff access and coordinating export or retention of recruiting records. Ending access does not necessarily mean every record, stored file, or backup is immediately erased.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law and any applicable agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
